Arkadiy Anatolievich Novikov is the first Russian entrepreneur restaurateur. He was born in 1962 in Moscow. After graduating from high school, he studied at Moscow culinary college number 174, and then at the Faculty of Economics catering Academy of National Economy Plekhanov.
