Jidvei processes over 25 million kg of grapes annually, with plantations authorized by ONVPV for wines with controlled designation of origin – DOC. Embracing a circular integration approach, Jidvei utilizes grape pomace for biofuel production, contributing to sustainable practices. With four state-of-the-art wineries, including the flagship JIDVEY Winery, technology complements traditional craftsmanship, enhancing the quality of the products.
