Transforming two neighboring 1960s properties into one striking luxury villa, Space & Grace, Co Creating with You SL overcame significant architectural challenges. Working with fragile foundations, unsupported structures, and unstable roofing, the team reinforced the entire building from the ground up—introducing contemporary design, advanced sustainability measures, and extraordinary hand-finished features along the way.

From Spanish travertine-clad walls to a 90m² rooftop terrace designed for full outdoor living, every element of this project highlights the company’s creative ingenuity and attention to individual client needs. The result is a home that’s both structurally sound and beautifully personal.
