LEI Interior Design has been awarded Best Luxury Apartment Interior Design for The Palm Light, Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, UAE by Luxury Lifestyle Awards. This project stands out for its refined approach to modern living, combining architectural clarity with sensory depth.

Originally built in 2021, the apartment was reimagined by LEI Interior Design to meet the expectations of a relocating client seeking a residence that aligned with Dubai’s elevated lifestyle. The layout was restructured to enhance the flow of space and light, with a panoramic 180° sea view as the central feature. A tactile palette of travertine, fluted oak, brushed bronze, and boucle textiles brings richness and depth, while custom lighting systems subtly shift the mood throughout the day.

Challenges in sourcing rare materials—such as book-matched marble for the powder room and custom parquet flooring—were met with creative logistics and unwavering attention to detail. Sustainability played a key role, with energy-efficient lighting, FSC-certified wood, and low-VOC finishes integrated throughout the design.
