The beach at picturesque Playa Codolar is less than a five-minute walk away, and it’s less than a 10-minute drive to the beaches of Cala Vadella, Cala Tarida, Cala Carbo, Cala D’hort and Cala Bassa. The towns of San Antonio and San Jose are only 10 minutes away. There’s a supermarket and a wealth of other facilities nearby, including the diving centre, tennis court and a good selection of restaurants.

The home has five comfortable bedrooms spread over two floors. Downstairs two bedrooms have their own individual entrances and ensuite shower room and bathroom, respectively. There’s also a separate flat with two more bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The fifth bedroom is a double upstairs with stunning sea views. The large living room comes with a pool table and dart board and air conditioning and there’s a fully-equipped kitchen.

Villa Es Vedra is perfectly designed for enjoying al fresco living in the Spanish sunshine.
