VILLA LA PIETRINA

Villa La Pietrina (450sq) is an amazing property located just 11 km away from Florence and at the gateway of the Chianti Fiorentino, nearby the known hamlet of Impruneta.

This delightful country house has its own independent entrance from the main street through an iron gate, leading straightly to the backyard of the building. In this area, there are 3 indoor parking places and 2 outdoors. The villa has been deeply renovated in 2017 and equipped with a magnificent infinity pool (14 x 4,5mt) overlooking a valley covered by vineyards and olive groves. The swimming pool is surrounded by a well-kept lawn and furnished with an elegant gazebo and cozy chairs perfect for relaxation. Under a magnificent pergola, there is a wide dining table for 10 people, a lounge area ideal for drinks and cocktails at the sunset and lastly, a barbecue perfectly equipped for delicious meals.

Ground floor:
This floor is introduced by an elegant hall where stands an imposing ancient oven. There are many relaxing places in this room furnished in the typical country house style, and particularly notable is the original old “Cotto” floor perfectly maintained. Another entrance is from the luminous sitting room furnished with cozy sofas, leading to a refined dining room enriched by a magnificent dining table perfectly restored. On the left from the hall, there is a wide kitchen bright and fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, etc.) with a useful table for breakfast. The floor is completed by a double bedroom (no air conditioning) suitable for people with difficulties in climbing stairs, and lastly a bathroom with shower.

First floor:
This area is made up of an elegant and cozy living room with an amazing view, an ideal place for watching the pull-down TV, enjoying the room and the original furniture, or relaxing in front of the fireplace. Following 2 master bedrooms (both with ensuite bathroom and 2 double bedrooms (all with air conditioning). One of the bedrooms has separable beds if necessary. Each bedroom has its own style and it’s one of a kind thanks to the selected items of furniture which feature it and make every room different from the other. The 4 bathrooms are all with shower and are made by the finest selections of materials. This perfect mix between innovation and tradition turns a simple bathroom in a wellness and body care area.
