Situated on a sloped terrain within a dense residential quarter, the project transforms site constraints into design opportunities. The residence features multi-level residential and entertainment units, each with independent platforms and landscape elements, seamlessly connected by peripheral staircases that encourage uninterrupted circulation. A nine-meter canopy frames the sea view while enhancing outdoor sheltered areas. The spatial hierarchy carefully separates private, guest, and entertainment zones, allowing for both communal gatherings and secluded retreats. Structural innovation anchors the building to the site, supporting cantilevered terraces that extend the living spaces into the landscape.
