Ambassadori Island Batumi is a landmark luxury development in Georgia, recognized by Luxury Lifestyle Awards as a winner in Best Luxury Coastal Masterplan Development in Georgia and Best Luxury Urban Development in Georgia. Created by Ambassadori Group, a Georgian luxury developer and hospitality operator established in 2004, the project represents one of the country’s most ambitious real estate developments and introduces Georgia’s first artificial island on the Black Sea coast.

Located in Batumi, Ambassadori Island Batumi is planned as an 84-hectare coastal destination combining residential, hospitality, commercial, leisure, and lifestyle infrastructure. The masterplan includes high-rise residences, serviced apartments, private villas, townhouses, 5-star hotels, a premium marina and yacht club, Georgia’s largest shopping mall, a 10,000 sqm event hall, parks, beach clubs, wellness and spa facilities, entertainment venues, and sustainable mobility solutions.

The development is designed as a self-sufficient “city within a city,” offering owners and residents a year-round lifestyle shaped by coastal access, urban convenience, and long-term investment value. Its residential offering includes flexible layouts, varied positioning within the masterplan, and access to an integrated environment that supports living, leisure, work, and recreation in one destination.

Ambassadori Island Batumi is supported by leading international specialists, including ARUP for the smart-city masterplan, SHoP Architects for landmark towers, Yüksel Proje for marine engineering, MUA Architecture & Placemaking for the First Tower architecture and façade, and Studio D73 for interiors. The project also incorporates sustainability-focused planning, with solar PV systems, rainwater harvesting, grey water recycling, blue-green infrastructure, electric mobility, water taxis, cycling routes, pedestrian boulevards, and marine protection studies.

With phased development planned from 2022 to 2035, Ambassadori Island Batumi reflects a long-term vision for luxury coastal urban development in Georgia. Its recognition by Luxury Lifestyle Awards affirms its role as a defining project for Batumi and a significant contribution to the region’s evolving luxury real estate landscape.
