Opened in 2023 at Wynn Palace in Macau, Chef Tam’s Seasons is led by Executive Chef Tam Kwok Fung. Chef Tam and his experienced team demonstrate this philosophy through precise preparation and carefully considered flavors. Signature dishes include baked baby pigeon with sand ginger and salt, baked stuffed crab shell, and crispy walnut custard. This distinctive culinary identity has attracted considerable recognition since the restaurant’s debut. After receiving one MICHELIN Star in 2024, Chef Tam’s Seasons earned two MICHELIN Stars in both 2025 and 2026. Forbes Travel Guide also awarded the restaurant Five-Star status in those two years.

Its progress within Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants has been equally notable, rising from No. 49 in 2024 to No. 9 in 2025 and No. 7 in 2026. The restaurant was named Best Restaurant in Macau for three consecutive years and received the Highest Climber Award in 2025. Further honors include two diamonds in the 2026 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide and No. 72 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants Extended List in 2025.

Luxury Lifestyle Awards recognized Chef Tam’s Seasons among the TOP 100 Restaurants of the World 2026, adding to its international standing.
