His distinguished career spans global leadership roles across renowned hotel brands, including Oberoi, Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton, Loews, and Hilton. Gomes brings a wealth of knowledge in both food and beverage (F&B) management and hotel operations, honed in prestigious destinations throughout Asia, the Middle East, Canada, and the U.S. Originally from Mumbai, India, he holds certifications in hotel real estate investments, asset management, and F&B management from Cornell University. In his role, Gomes is dedicated to refining every aspect of The Georges’ guest experience, with a particular emphasis on enhancing F&B offerings to align with modern hospitality trends.
