Tom’s journey into hospitality was inspired at a young age by his fascination with international travel, sparked by Arthur Hailey’s novels “Hotel” and “Airport.” After the Velvet Revolution in Slovakia, Tom joined the pre-opening team of a hotel and never looked back. His passion for the industry has carried him through economic challenges and the global pandemic, consistently driving him to enhance the guest experience.

As General Manager, Tom defines his leadership style as one focused on inspiration, motivation, and innovation. He believes that a good leader not only sets a vision for the team but actively participates in achieving it.
