Having held senior leadership roles with globally recognized brands including Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), he has successfully overseen multi-brand operations across both resort and urban business hotel markets.
As General Manager of Radisson Blu Resort Maldives, Joseph has been instrumental in strengthening the resort’s market position. By enhancing guest feedback systems and implementing targeted property upgrades, the resort achieved significant improvements in online guest satisfaction and competitive standing. A data-driven, ROI-focused approach to asset management and revenue strategy resulted in a documented 16% increase in revenue, underscoring their ability to convert operational excellence into measurable financial outcomes.
