Jean is renowned for delivering unforgettable moments worldwide, co-authoring culinary books, hosting a 500-guest gala in Beijing, launching the 50 Best MENA Awards by S.Pellegrino, creating an eight-act story with aerial acrobats under a 10-meter balloon in the lobby, staging ballet performances during festive periods in Hong Kong, and organizing exclusive, sold-out dinners with three Michelin-starred chefs. His immersive dining concepts continue to set benchmarks across the Middle East and Africa. 

His global experience includes opening Michelin-starred restaurants in Jakarta, Hong Kong, and Paris, and serving as Regional F&B Director for South China, overseeing over 500 restaurants and one of the world’s largest hotel complexes, 4,501 rooms and a convention center for 20,000 delegates.
