Currently serving as Area General Manager for The Waldorf Hilton, Hilton London Hyde Park, and Curio Hart Shoreditch, Guy brings over a decade of experience in managing premier hotels across the UK, including landmark properties like Hilton Brighton Metropole and Hilton Gatwick Airport. His achievements include winning the Hilton London General Manager of the Year Award in 2019 and receiving the Hilton UKI Special Recognition Award for London Luxury. 

Guy is a driving force behind professional development at Hilton, having spearheaded the Management Development Programme and the UK Director of Development Programme, impacting countless careers. With a strong commitment to mentorship, he actively supports emerging leaders within Hilton, promoting diversity and inclusion, with a focus on increasing female representation in leadership roles.
