Cristina Zucchi is the Managing Director of LarioHotels and the visionary leader behind the prestigious VISTA brand, overseeing its iconic properties in Lake Como, Verona, and Ostuni. Born and raised on Lake Como, Cristina’s journey into hospitality began at birth. Growing up in her family’s hotel, she absorbed the essence of genuine service, guest care, and operational excellence from an early age. This formative experience laid the foundation for a career that has spanned decades and shaped some of Italy’s most celebrated boutique luxury hotels. She began her professional path in 1987 at Albergo Firenze in Como and, from 1994 onward, has been instrumental in developing and managing the entire LarioHotels portfolio, including Albergo Terminus, Posta Design Hotel, Villa Flori, VISTA Lago di Como, VISTA Verona, and VISTA Ostuni.

Cristina’s leadership philosophy is rooted in balance: operational precision combined with deep attention to guest experience and employee engagement. She is known for her active presence in daily operations, leading by example and fostering a culture built on empathy, accountability, and excellence.
