Jean Philippe Lovotti is a distinguished hospitality leader with a career spanning over two decades, predominantly in luxury hotels and resorts. As the General Manager of Caravelle Saigon Hotel since December 2020, he has overseen the operations of one of Vietnam’s most iconic properties, which unites historic charm with modern luxury. Under his leadership, Caravelle Saigon was awarded the Best 5-Star Hotel in 2023 by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism and earned Lovotti the prestigious Best General Manager in Vietnam title at the 2023 World Luxury Hotel Awards.

Before joining Caravelle Saigon, Lovotti’s journey in the hospitality industry included several high-profile positions. He served as General Manager of the Novotel Phuket Karon Beach Resort and Spa from June 2016 to June 2020, where he enhanced the property’s reputation as a top-tier luxury resort. Prior to that, he was the Director of Operations at Pullman Phuket Arcadia from June 2014 to May 2016, where his leadership contributed to elevating guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Lovotti’s career trajectory highlights his passion for hospitality, which has been shaped by his diverse experiences at some of the world’s finest hotels.
