Anna-Marie Dowling is an experienced hospitality executive whose career spans more than three decades across international luxury hotel operations. Currently serving as General Manager of Nofa Riyadh, A Radisson Collection Resort, she oversees the full scope of resort leadership, including operational performance, guest experience, team development, and financial oversight within one of Saudi Arabia’s most expansive destination resorts.
Her professional trajectory reflects sustained responsibility for complex hospitality environments, where scale, brand alignment, and long-term performance must be managed concurrently. At Nofa Riyadh, Dowling leads a resort defined by private villa accommodation, extensive leisure offerings, wellness facilities, and event infrastructure, requiring an executive approach grounded in structure, coordination, and operational clarity. Her role places equal emphasis on strategic planning and day-to-day governance, ensuring consistency across a multifaceted guest journey.
Dowling’s previous leadership roles demonstrate deep experience in transformation and performance optimization. At InterContinental Muscat, she directed a USD 17 million refurbishment encompassing 270 guestrooms, suites, and the Club Lounge, delivering the project on schedule and within budget. During this period, food and beverage operations grew to represent half of total hotel revenue, reflecting a balanced approach to commercial strategy and operational execution.
Her tenure at The Westin and Le Méridien Bahrain City Centre further illustrates the breadth of her executive responsibilities. In addition to managing integrated hospitality assets, she led community-focused initiatives that raised more than USD 200,000 for local charitable organizations. In 2018, this work was acknowledged through the Global Overall Achievement Award for the Small Business Council, recognizing leadership that extends beyond core operations.
In 2025, Anna-Marie Dowling was included among the TOP 100 Hotel General Managers of the World, a professional distinction that reflects sustained leadership standards and accountability within the global hospitality sector. The recognition positions her among senior executives whose careers are defined by long-term responsibility for complex hotel operations rather than short-term performance narratives.
Across regions and brands, Dowling’s leadership is characterized by discipline, operational oversight, and a measured executive approach. Her career reflects the evolving role of the modern general manager as both strategic steward and organizational anchor within contemporary luxury hospitality.
