Rooted in Biomimetic Architecture, this project embraces Symbiotic Architecture by integrating seamlessly with its natural surroundings. By respecting pre-existing trees and molding its geometry to the site, the design creates a harmonious balance between architecture and nature. Featuring carefully selected materials like stone, wood, and glass, the project enhances sensory experiences while fostering a positive ecological impact. 

The project’s sustainability strategies focus on four key action lines: Health, Energy, Natural Resources, and Biodiversity. Health strategies such as thermal inertia, natural ventilation, and visual connections ensure thermal comfort, air quality, and well-being. Energy solutions like natural draft, solar radiation control, and geothermal energy optimize energy consumption while maintaining thermal stability. Natural Resources initiatives prioritize water management, wastewater recycling, and sustainable land use to conserve resources. Finally, Biodiversity strategies, including green roofs, natural shading, and bush vegetation, enhance ecological value and support local flora and fauna.
