Gewers Pudewill

The architectural office Gewers & Pudewill was founded in Berlin in 2007 by Georg Gewers and Henry Pudewill and builds on the many years of experience of both founders in the planning and execution of international projects.

Since June 2019, the constant development of the office has been supported by two other partners: Alexander Melchior and Alexander Mendelsohn. They are united by a curiosity about the complexity of the tasks, which at the same time form the basis of all projects. This is how individual answers to complex questions emerge – far removed from restrictive style guidelines.

The office’s main areas of focus are office, research, and educational buildings as well as residential construction.

Gewers Pudewill Architects stand for a contemporary and contextual Architecture that is developed in terms of urban planning, functionality, and content.

The planning focuses on sustainability and the integration of innovative energy concepts. High design standards are combined with clear language and holistic construction.

The international team works from Berlin on a wide variety of tasks, from individual buildings to master planning.
