Plontur

Plontur is a nature-led design studio based in Pasig City, Philippines, recognized by Luxury Lifestyle Awards for Best Sustainable Landscape Architecture Design for SouthLinks Estate in the Philippines. Founded in 2017, the studio works across landscape architectural design, master planning, architecture, visualization, and sustainability consultancy, guided by the principle that nature should serve as the blueprint for meaningful built environments.

The studio’s portfolio includes residential estates, high-rise residential developments, resorts, commercial districts, mixed-use projects, and outdoor spaces. Through a Discovery-led process, Plontur studies how people live, move, gather, and interact with place, allowing each project to respond to client vision, site character, and community needs with clarity and purpose.

SouthLinks Estate reflects this approach through a sustainable, high-end park development within a residential estate in Metro Manila. Designed around wellness, long-term livability, and multi-generational use, the project reshapes the site’s steep terrain into functional and experiential landscape areas, anchored by native planting and durable materials.

The design incorporates approximately 80% native planting, passive shading and ventilation strategies, hybrid irrigation planning, durable low-maintenance material selections, and canopy features that support rainwater catchment for landscape irrigation. These strategies contribute to an environmentally responsive estate shaped for resilience, comfort, and long-term relevance.

With an interdisciplinary team spanning landscape, architecture, visualization, and creative practice, Plontur continues to advance a future-forward design philosophy grounded in land, people, and ecological responsibility.
