Honored with a Luxury Lifestyle Award for Best Luxury Residential Interior Design, the property spans 5,675m² with 1,500m² of built space, and includes eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, indoor and outdoor pools, a cinema, bar, winery, gym, and paddle court. Studio LO.B’s scope covered a full architectural and interior transformation, emphasizing repetition, elegance, classic lines, and monastic calm.

The studio’s material palette and detailing—featuring natural stone, oak wood, antique finishes, and bespoke joinery—speak to a refined design language.
