Michelle Fox Interiors is an Irish interior design studio founded in 2022 by Michelle Fox and based in County Cork. This approach is beautifully demonstrated in the Cork Countryside Home of Color, a 2026 renovation created for a family of six. Previously neutral and lacking in personality, the home was transformed through confident color, patterned surfaces and practical interventions designed around everyday family life. A geometric tiled entrance with brass detailing creates an immediate sense of arrival, while bespoke under-stair cabinetry maximizes storage without compromising the character of the property.

In the formal living room, deep teal walls provide a dramatic backdrop to mustard yellow, blush pink, warm timber and patterned textiles, with curved furnishings responding naturally to the architecture of the room. Throughout the home, florals, checks, antique pieces and tactile finishes introduce warmth and individuality.

Michelle Fox Interiors demonstrates that luxury residential design need not rely on restraint alone. Instead, the studio creates distinctive, highly personal homes where beauty, functionality and confident self-expression exist comfortably together.
