Elevated above sea level and engineered to withstand Category 5 hurricanes, the project demonstrates Studio KHORA’s ability to harmonize expressive form with technical precision. Its sculptural composition, expansive glazing, and integration of indoor and outdoor spaces exemplify the firm’s commitment to creating homes that are as enduring as they are inspiring. Construction began three years ago on this project and is scheduled for completion in mid-2026.
