Celebrating its eighth anniversary, IMPERIUM GROUP has established itself as a distinguished leader in luxury architecture, interior design, and landscape design. Founded in 2017 by visionary architects Karim Karam and Gehad Amin, the firm began as one of many ambitious startups in Dubai and has since transformed into a powerhouse of creativity and innovation, employing over 150 professionals across its Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices. 

IMPERIUM’s approach to design begins with rigorous research and analysis, going beyond façades and sketches to study sun paths, wind patterns, thermal exposure, and environmental impact, ensuring every project responds intelligently to its environment. As Founder Karim Karam explains, “We have never seen our work as limited to drawing façades or designing interiors. Architecture, for us, means creating complete environments where form, function, and human experience come together to shape the way people live and connect with the world around them.”
