CIG was co-founded by Shane Thanthirimudalige and two close friends. Now, with a mission to take southern Sri Lanka to the world by providing the highest standards of ethics, values and customer care, CIG has a 12-person strong team of professionals specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial and residential property, consultancy on investment/property and conducting valuation surveys upon request.  

With its base at the historical and picturesque Galle Fort, CIG maintains an array of luxury properties including villas, holiday bungalows, boutique hotels, private estates, and residencies in and around the southern coastal belt of Sri Lanka. The organization also provides the services of property and villa management, and assist with staffing and labor related matters.
