URBN K is a standout development that fuses rich Neoclassical and Georgian architectural styles with a modern, forward-thinking design language. The project features multiple interconnected buildings—including the Starlight Headquarters, commercial structures, a hospitality building, and a clubhouse—unified by a central pedestrian spine. Vertical gardens, grand pillars, panoramic elevators, and escalators elevate the user experience throughout the space.

A defining characteristic of URBN K is its innovative “flying terraces” and suspended bridges, formed by strategic massing recesses.
