Contessa Villas is an agency founded at the beginning of 2018.We are renting luxury Villas and Apartments on Kvarner, mostly on island Krk.

We have a total of 5 employees that are fluent in English, German and Italian language and are devoted in creating the best accommodation for all requests that we receive by phone, email or various OTAs. We provide complete sales service and are a link between a house owner and a guest. We have over of 75 villas plus 50 different Apartments, mostly situated on island Krk.

Our mission is to enhance our  luxury products portfolio, to become bigger, to employ more people and to become the number one agency for luxury stays on Kvarner. Contessa is a modern tourist agency which, by combining tourism and technology, raises the quality of tourist facilities to a new level.

Knowing this land and its people as only islander can, we have compiled a portfolio of villas to meet every taste. Working directly with the villa owners, we are able to provide the best service. All our villas have swimming pools, most of them have a hot tub, jacuzzi, gym or some other great feature, and many of them are situated at or near the ocean.
