This new-build office development began on April 23, 2024, and was scheduled for completion by July 30, 2024. The project spans 799 square meters and features an open-concept layout that promotes collaboration, along with ergonomic workstations and advanced technology integration for enhanced connectivity. The design incorporates sustainable materials, energy-efficient LED lighting, and acoustic solutions, along with unique features such as a rotatable TV structure and a wall displaying artificial plants behind frosted glass.
