LTW Designworks is an international luxury hospitality and interior design studio with a distinguished legacy dating back to 1980, when the practice was established as H.L. Lim & Associates. In 2001, principal partner H.L. Lim and partner Su Seam Teo formed LTW Designworks, building upon decades of experience to create a globally recognised design practice.
With physical offices in Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai and Bangkok, complemented by satellite offices in Milan and Brisbane, LTW delivers sophisticated hospitality and residential interior design projects across international markets. Its extensive portfolio spans Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Oceania, Africa and North America.
LTW’s design philosophy is defined not by a signature aesthetic, but by a distinctive quality of thinking. Every project begins with in-depth research into its geography, architecture, people, culture and setting.
