This 3,000 sqm beachfront villa embodies contemporary luxury, designed to seamlessly integrate scale, proportion, and flow. Spanning four levels, the villa features a double-height reception, formal dining, expansive living areas, and a private entertainment basement with a wine bar, cigar humidor, private cinema, and water feature.

Dedicated family spaces on the first floor, including a master suite and custom-designed children’s bedrooms, ensure comfort and privacy. The rooftop wellness terrace, with its gym and panoramic barbecue area, offers elevated leisure experiences. Every area, except the indoor dining and entertainment floor, benefits from uninterrupted sea views.

BK Architects provided full architectural and interior design services, site supervision, and curated the villa’s furniture and art collection.
