This single residential project, located within Elie Saab’s signature development, reflects a curated, editorial aesthetic that speaks to modern refinement. Designed for a client who values calm, elegant spaces, the apartment fuses sculptural forms, soft tonal palettes, and luxurious textures.

Unique features include custom furniture tailored to the apartment’s layout, a bespoke statement sofa, stone-effect finishes paired with plush upholstery, and a discreet coffee corner with boutique hotel appeal. Lighting was carefully layered to enhance spatial depth and mood. Subtle nods to Elie Saab’s fashion legacy—fluid silhouettes, tactile materials, and timeless elegance—are woven throughout the design.
