Dimensions: 254 m 2

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Tijuana is one of the main destinations for medical tourism worldwide, the number of doctors and businessmen in the health sector grows every day. A clear example of professionalism and quality in the sector is Beauty Enhance, so the first approach when designing your facilities was to create spaces that demonstrate quality, professionalism, human warmth and luxury, helping to reduce the perception that Tijuana is an option only for better prices.

The office is located on level 18 of one of the most exclusive and modern medical specialty buildings in the city of Tijuana, you are greeted by a spacious sophisticated reception and a large waiting room with a large-format European porcelain floor in a calacatta finish, harmonizing with the textured walls with a gray linen finish and contrasts in chrome and glass details; the waiting room functions as a distributor to the modern administrative offices, a boardroom, which functions as a showcase for art pieces, examination booths with a doctor’s office, and massage booths with a vanity area.

We opted for a set of finishes in neutral tones that range from general elements such as floors, wallpaper, paint and carpentry to the smallest details such as handles and fittings.

In the part of the carpentry, high-gloss white finishes were used to match the accessories in satin finishes for the exploration booth areas, however, to contrast in the more public areas it was given a warmer touch by making emphasis on certain joinery using European walnut and oak, achieving a balance with the rest of the neutral finishes.
