Based in Dubai, Insiters is an architecture and interior design studio driven by a genuine enthusiasm for creating spaces that people can experience, use, and enjoy. Established in 2016 and led by CEO Elie Nassar, the studio has developed a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and retail environments, bringing an individual design perspective to every commission.
Insiters provides comprehensive architectural and interior design services, developing solutions around the specific requirements and character of each client and project. The studio describes its approach as one centered on bringing a client’s vision to life, supported by a team of architects and designers and an international outlook that extends beyond its Dubai base.
Although firmly established in Dubai, Insiters’ experience reaches across international markets. Its portfolio includes work in Lebanon, Jordan, Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, Rwanda, Paris, and Greece, reflecting an ability to respond to different locations, cultures, and design contexts. Commercial, retail, and residential projects form the core of its multidisciplinary practice.
A defining element of the studio is its emphasis on creativity over convention. Rather than approaching architecture purely as a commercial exercise, Insiters views design as an opportunity to create meaningful new environments for the people who will ultimately occupy them. This philosophy has also helped the business grow organically, with much of its client base in Dubai developed through word-of-mouth recommendations rather than traditional marketing.
One example of this approach is The Masterclass Edition, a commercial renovation on Dubai’s Al Wasl Road. The project transformed an approximately 15-year-old residential villa into a cooking school, requiring a complete redesign of both the exterior and interior. Insiters retained only the property’s internal columns before reconstructing the partitions and reworking the spaces around their new purpose. The concept combines contemporary Dubai sophistication with influences from traditional Jordanian architecture, reflecting the client’s heritage while establishing an entirely new identity for the property.
Through this combination of creative freedom, cultural sensitivity, and highly personalized design, Insiters continues to develop spaces that are visually distinctive while remaining closely connected to the people and purposes behind them.
