What defines Pérola is its storytelling-led cocktail programme. According to its qualification materials, each drink is inspired by one of 12 artefacts from around the world, with recipes shaped by geography, cultural reference and flavor rather than spectacle for its own sake. Techniques such as olive oil washing, infused spirits and agar clarification are used with restraint and precision, allowing the drinks to feel inventive yet highly drinkable. The bar also offers refined non-alcoholic versions of its hero cocktails, ensuring the same complexity, elegance and sense of occasion for guests embracing a clean-living lifestyle.
