Awarded the Luxury Lifestyle Award for Best Luxury Boutique Office Interior Design in Singapore, Loren Ng Designs was recognized for its Woodlands Office project, completed between February and April 2025. This renovation showcases the studio’s commitment to artistry and identity-driven design, blending global influences with deeply personal narratives.

The Woodlands Office serves as both a creative workspace and a brand statement—a living canvas where design and soul intersect. The main studio is anchored by a dramatic CNC-cut timber ceiling inspired by Moroccan architecture, while a Mediterranean-influenced stairway provides sculptural elegance. Carefully curated furniture pieces infuse layers of meaning, including a solid teak dining table repurposed from the founder’s first home, a custom velvet chair with tassel trim, and a European-sourced console. Playful lighting, such as a gold-leaf palm frond lamp and feather-lined floor lamp, adds a sense of whimsy and refinement.

Materiality plays a central role, with hand-applied stucco veneziano walls capturing light throughout the day and cabinetry in bold hues with brushed brass details balancing function with luxury. The jewel-box powder room evokes Moroccan interiors, featuring mosaic marble flooring with bronze-copper grout and a vanity in aged chalk paint—an intimate, tactile, and artful retreat.

Through the Woodlands Office, Loren Ng Designs demonstrates its mastery in crafting interiors that inspire, elevate, and reflect identity with exceptional craftsmanship and global artistry.
