Located in the historic Vintry Ward, Vintry & Mercer is inspired by the rich cultural influences of the historic area – where the Vintry Guild (est.1363) traded wines and the Mercer Guild (est. 1304) traded in fine fabrics. From barrel-aged cocktails to bespoke fabrics and old trading maps decorating the rooms, hallways and dining spaces, guests will discover references to these historic trades blended with a contemporary edge.

The 92-bedroom property, located close to St Paul’s Cathedral, includes a gym, three private event rooms, an all-day Asian-inspired dining room Vintry Izakaya on the ground floor, best-of-British rooftop restaurant Mercer Roof Terrace and a decadent underground speakeasy, DND.
