In December 2021, Kerem Villas proudly announced the pre-grand opening of the most prestigious villas on Thailand’s idyllic Koh Samui island.

The pristine four-villa Kerem complex, nestled on a private beachfront on the island’s north-east peninsula and overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf of Thailand, is designed by world-famous architect Gary Fell, the mastermind behind some of the most magnificent villas in the world.

Koh Samui has always been a premiere destination for travelers to Thailand for its perfect weather, otherworldly beaches, and incomparable cuisine and culture. In recent years, a trend toward higher-end luxury properties has swept the more exalted areas of the island.

Kerem Villas offers a home-away-from-home style trip to a private villa on the quiet, exclusive tip of a tropical island. The retreat offers four private, brand-new villas (each with a capacity of 8-10 people) that can be rented individually or all together.

Every villa overlooks the crystalline open water of the Gulf of Thailand with a view across the bay to the world-famous Big Buddha statue. Each has its own private infinity pool and terrasse, three closed bedrooms, with accordion doors opening onto the sea, and each is furnished floor to ceiling by luxury Italian designer Meridiani.
