To meet the client’s requirements, accessibility, sustainability, and modern design—the team pioneered the use of high-quality, contemporary timber-frame construction, a rarity in South Africa. Custom-designed features include a cast concrete fireplace base, bespoke chandeliers, room dividers, and a practice putting green beneath the elevated structure.
