This year PNA has been recognised for the private residence at Beresford Park, Lilayi, Lusaka. Located on the southern outskirts of Lusaka, the four-bedroom home sits on five acres. The architects focused on the client’s brief, designing the terraces to take in the views and sunsets and creating an expansive entertainment space easily accessed through the large sliding glass doors.
