Dr. Mohsen Tomh, an exceptional engineer and architect with vast experience in the GCC and Middle East, leads the company. Dr. Mohsen holds a Doctorate degree and two Master’s degrees from Zurich, Germany, and has made significant contributions to the fields of construction, artificial intelligence, and renewable energy through several key publications. As a hands-on engineer, he has been involved in the successful completion of hundreds of commercial, residential, and government buildings across Dubai and the UAE. A notable project under OEC’s leadership is the Rosewood Garden Development R.E.LL, a green initiative in Dubai adhering to the Al Saffa regulations. Spanning over one million square feet, this development is set in phases, with the current phase featuring 84 townhouses. These G+2 villas, available in four and five-room configurations, are designed in two distinct styles, Prime and Cosmos. Each townhouse boasts a uniquely designed rooftop pool, combining luxury with sustainability.
