This high-rise residential project was tailored for a Japanese businessman seeking a stylish sanctuary during frequent layovers in Kuala Lumpur. Inspired by the energy of New York City, the design fuses urban vibrancy with tranquil sophistication.

The apartment features an open-plan layout with floor-to-ceiling windows, marble flooring, and a neutral color palette accented by warm metallic tones. A grand piano anchors the living space, embodying both artistic flair and cosmopolitan charm. The kitchen and bar areas were designed with modern elegance and functionality, highlighted by backlit shelves that echo a city skyline.

The master bedroom showcases serene luxury with muted tones, layered textures, and custom furnishings, while unique features like a glass-enclosed wine cellar and ambient bar nook reflect the client’s refined tastes.
