This vision is exemplified in Luminous Flow: A Therapeutic Realm, winner of the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2025 for Best Luxury Apartment Interior Design in Taiwan. Located on the 25th floor of the award-winning One Park Taipei—a high-rise masterpiece by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Richard Rogers and royal-appointed designer Kelly Hoppen—the project transforms a luxury apartment into a wellness-focused sanctuary. Originally a private residence, the space was reimagined into a sensory healing environment featuring a bespoke balcony installation that integrates aquatic ecology and chromotherapy.

The client’s brief was to create an emotionally restorative urban retreat blending wellness, luxury, and sustainability. Unique features include a wrap-around fish tank doubling as a light therapy system, emotion-sensitive lighting in calming blue, green, and purple hues, floor-to-ceiling visibility from the living room, and sustainable EcoVadis-certified hansgrohe fixtures. The design uses water-saving fittings, recyclable materials, and energy-efficient solutions, aligning with L’atelier Fantasia’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
