The project received the Luxury Lifestyle Award for Best Luxury Apartment Architecture in Ghana, recognizing its exceptional design and luxury residential concept. Beyond Residence is a distinctive residential apartment building designed to provide privacy, comfort, and a sense of home rather than a conventional apartment experience. The architecture integrates green elements, cantilevered perforated concrete slabs for natural shading and ventilation, and preserves a cluster of more than 50-year-old trees that form part of the project’s identity.
