Bothina Design has been recognized by Luxury Lifestyle Awards with the title of Best Luxury Villa Interior Design in Saudi Arabia for 2026 for its work on the Hiteen Project in Riyadh.

Established in 2010 and led by founder and lead designer Bothina Suliman, Bothina Design operates as an interior design and contracting firm delivering tailored residential, commercial, and outdoor spaces. The Hiteen Project involved the complete design and furnishing of a residential villa across three levels, with a focus on creating a cohesive environment aligned with the client’s vision. The brief called for a distinctive and personalized interior, incorporating bold design elements while maintaining functionality for everyday living.

A defining feature of the project is its deliberate use of color, including striking red tones in the main living space and rich mustard accents in formal areas. These elements contribute to a strong visual identity while reinforcing the project’s emphasis on individuality and spatial character. The execution was further shaped by strict timeline requirements, addressed through structured supervision and coordinated workflows to ensure timely delivery.
