Valika Interior Design has been honored with the Luxury Lifestyle Awards for Best Luxury Public Services Architecture for its work on the Jordan Youth Hub. Commissioned by the Arab Youth Center, the landmark facility redefines civic architecture by connecting design excellence with social purpose.

Set within the King Abdullah II Park, the 4,000 sqm, two-story hub was created by Valika Interior Design in close collaboration with local youth. Through focus groups and participatory workshops, Jordanian youth helped shape the building’s functions, from open co-working areas and tech-enabled meeting rooms to a media studio, maker labs, and a multipurpose theatre.

Environmental responsibility was a cornerstone of the project. Passive cooling strategies, natural lighting, modular furniture systems, and plans for solar power ensure flexibility and sustainability for years to come.

“This project is proof that architecture can be both beautiful and deeply impactful,” said Alexander Chetchikov, President of the World Luxury Chamber of Commerce. “Valika has shown how thoughtful design can empower communities and set new standards for public service spaces in the region.”
