The firm’s LLA-winning project, an F&B project in Nation Towers, was initiated in December 2022. THE FITOUT used its distinctive range of interior solutions to develop the latest branch of a prestigious tea cafe, with some of the key elements being a folding partition made of gold leaf, a five-meter floating table in the reception, and a golden metallic mesh. 

The powerhouse also undertook civil work, such as building walls and partitions, waterproofing solutions, ceiling work, and flooring work. The highest levels of quality were met for the wall finishes and lighting, glass works, door finishes, and other joinery works. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works were completed with the utmost professionalism to guarantee the safety and comfort of customers at the tea cafe. 

THE FITOUT implements several sustainability measures in all their projects, such as proper waste management and the reuse of several materials (in-house) without compromising on quality and standards, thereby ensuring environmental safety.
