Guglielmo Spa (Reggio Calabria, Calabria)
A dream that began in 1935 by Guglielmo Papale in the marvellous waters of Calabria, overlooking the enchanting Gulf of Squillace. Guglielmo Caffè is now one of the largest entrepreneurial endeavours in the South of Italy. The roastery presents an image that blends both innovation and tradition. It’s not just a common company; it’s a big family and represents an extraordinary example of efficiency and production capacity. Janus, Ellecaffè Srl (Macerata, Marche)
In Fabriano, over 30 years ago, Janus Caffè was born. In 1996, the company was acquired by Alberto Bongarzoni. Today, Alberto’s three children passionately lead this company, placing coffee quality above all else. Janus Caffè is a direct producer, controlling every stage of production, from bean selection to packaging. Janus Caffè doesn’t stop at its original blends but explores the world of flavours because, for Janus Caffè, coffee is more than a beverage; it’s an experience to enrich with every sip.

It is the last roastery with a café in the historic centre of Venice, and for over 80 years, it has been roasting coffee with artisanal passion. Their flagship product, Cafè Remer™, is obtained from a combination of eight different varieties of Arabica coffee, known for their sweetness and low caffeine content.
