In 2025, the firm’s Luzia Project in Riyadh has been awarded Best Luxury Contemporary Apartment Interior Design by the Luxury Lifestyle Awards.

Founded in 2023 under the leadership of the Office Director and Architect Eng. Fares Diab, The Circle Architects, has rapidly gained recognition for delivering refined and thoughtful design solutions across Saudi Arabia.

The Luzia Project, completed in June 2025, represents this philosophy with interiors that balance modern sophistication and calm living. Located in the Eshbilia District, the residential development includes a private apartment enhanced with shared leisure amenities such as a pool and outdoor lounges. Nearly 90% of the furnishings, cabinetry, and finishes were custom-designed for the space, reinforcing the firm’s focus on detail, originality, and lifestyle integration.

The project also incorporated sustainable practices, from the use of locally sourced natural materials and energy-efficient LED systems to water-saving fixtures and design strategies that maximize natural light and ventilation.
