The award-winning project, Villa ANDI, involved the complete renovation and expansion of a 10-year-old residential villa. Originally spanning 450 m², the villa was expanded to 650 m² across three levels to incorporate new luxury amenities such as a wine cellar, gym, mini-spa, gazebo, and a pool area. The design concept focused on improving natural light, creating open spaces, and utilizing high-end materials like natural stone, marble, and wood to achieve a refined yet comfortable atmosphere. Sustainable features, including the installation of solar panels and a thermal facade, were also integrated to enhance energy efficiency.
