Siam Piwat Unveils the Next Chapter of Luxury: Redefining World-Class Destinations

 

Siam Piwat, the visionary force behind Thailand’s most iconic destinations – including Siam Paragon and ICONSIAM forges ahead with its expansion plan to double luxury space with an opening of exclusive debuts, flagship duplexes and signature concept stores, especially in the second half of 2025.

This landmark expansion includes the introduction of Thailand’s first luxury dining zone at Siam Paragon, where Michelin-starred chefs and internationally celebrated culinary brands will create unprecedented gastronomic experiences.

To create a new prototype for world-class luxury destinations, Siam Piwat has reinforced its status as the partner of choice for global luxury brands, which continue to invest and open their first boutiques and high jewelry stores, even amid global economic uncertainty.

Siam Paragon, a global landmark in the heart of Bangkok, houses the first and only boutiques for Delvaux and Boucheron, the first duplex store for BVLGARI and Cartier, which is set to unveil in early August 2025, as well as the first men’s boutiques for Louis Vuitton, Fendi and Prada.

ICONSIAM, the global landmark on the Chao Phraya River, houses the first duplex for Hermes in Thailand and the first boutique for Chaumet, a French jewelry maison with a legacy spanning over two centuries. Meanwhile, Italian brand Loro Piana is set to open its second boutique in Thailand at ICONSIAM after the opening of the first one at Siam Paragon in 2023.  By the end of this year, ICONSIAM’s M and 1st floors dedicated to luxury will host 50 brands, up from   30 currently, with the luxury areas nearly doubling to 15,000 square meters.

With a commanding 70% market share in Thailand’s luxury retail sector and the highest sales per square meter, Siam Piwat has created a platform that empowers brands to achieve peak performance, not just regionally but globally.
